Episode Three: Leadership Styles
In this episode, we discuss various leadership styles that exist among teachers and administrators. Some leadership styles work better than others, and some leadership styles work differently in different school cultures. Leaders must be aware of the culture and community of the school, and leaders must be able to effectively build trusting relationships between administrators, teachers, students, parents, and others in the community.
